RETURNS POLICY - DAMAGES

All items are sent in sturdy packaging which should ensure that you receive the items in perfect condition. Occasionally however, packages are damaged in transit.
If you receive goods from us that have been damaged in transit you MUST inform us within 10 days of receipt of your order.

Please do not return goods without prior consent.

Customers must return the damaged goods along with the original packaging by First or Second class mail only, the cost of which will be refunded by us. No replacements can be sent unless the complete item is returned. Please remember to include a note of your name and address in the package.
