HOW TO ORDER

If you are unsure how to order, don't know how the shopping cart works, want to know how to pay even if you don't have a credit card or any other problem then this is the page to start.

HOW TO USE THE SHOPPING CART

The first thing to do is find what you are looking for. You can use either the Artist search box or you can browse A-Z listings using the navigation bar at the top of the screen.

  • The search results will display 12 items per page.Click on the page number or next for more items.
  • Click on any image to see a larger sized picture
  • Add the item to your shopping cart by clicking
  • To view your shopping cart, click on the VIEW CART link at the top left hand corner of your screen.
  • When you view your cart for the first time you will be asked for the shipping destination of your order. This is to allow the cart to work out the correct shipping charge of your order.
  • You can now see your shopping cart.
  • To continue shopping, simply use the Artist search box or navigation bar.
  • If you are finished shopping and ready to place your order, click on the CHECKOUT link at the top left hand corner of your screen.

    • MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR SHOPPING CART

    You can make the following changes while you are viewing your shopping cart:

  • You can change the quantity of an item ordered by entering the correct number required in the box under the heading Qty.
  • If you have changed your mind and don't want an item, simply enter a 0 (Zero) in the Qty box.
  • You must click the Update changes button for quantity changes to take effect.
  • You can also change the shipping destination, while you are on this page.
  • If you have received a discount voucher from us, this is where you redeem it by clicking the appropriate link (if you have a gift certificate you will redeem this later)

    • CHECKING OUT AND PLACING YOUR ORDER

    When you click on the checkout link at the top left hand corner of the screen, the first thing you will see is a confirmation of your order.
  • This is your last opportunity to go back and make any changes. To do so click on the appropriate link.
  • If you are happy with the confirmation, we recommend that you print this page for your own records.
  • Click Continue to proceed with checking out.

    The next screen you see is the Shipping details page.
  • On this page fill out the name and address of the person the order is to be shipped to.
  • If the order is for yourself, simply enter your name and shipping address.
  • If the order is a gift for a friend this is the page to enter their details
  • Click Continue to proceed with checking out.

  • You can now choose your desired method of payment.
