SHOPPING CART PROBLEMS - AOL

If you are experiencing problems with our shopping system we have listed below some possible solutions you can try. There are no guarantees, however we find that it solves most problems. This tends to help problems such as forbidden warnings, unable to choose shipping zone, and displaying an empty cart when you have put an item in it. We suggest you print off this page for easy referral.

***IMPORTANT*** Once you have made the changes below, you must close down AOL and then start it up again.

We would suggest that you do everything listed below

1. Make sure that your browser is set up to accept cookies. Our shopping cart won't work unless you can accept cookies.

2. Items not appearing in your cart are usually caused by a problem with your local cache. For AOL, go to the "customise" menu at the top of the screen, click on "preferences", then click on "Internet." Now click on the "general" tab. Where it says "temporary internet files", click on "settings" On this screen there are a number of options where it says "check for newer versions of stored pages". You need to choose, "Every visit to page".

3. Next, we suggest clearing your local cache. For AOL, go to the "customise" menu at the top of the screen, click on "preferences", then click on "Internet." Now click on the "general" tab. Where it says "temporary internet files", click on "delete files"

4. Finally we suggest that you clear all your cookies, To do this:

4i. Go to My computer
4ii. Click on C:\ drive (or whichever letter indicates your hard disk)
4iii.Click on Windows
4iv. Click on Cookies
4v. Delete all files in your Cookies folder

Then Remember to close down AOL and start it up again before trying to place your order again.Hopefully you will have no further problems. If You are still unable to order, we have set up a secure payments page where you can place your order.
